This year the Radisson Woodlands Hotel is hosting the 1st annual Yoga Festival held in Flagstaff, Arizona on August 7 - 9, 2009. The Radisson is excited to be a part of such a great event. We've long been known as a green flagstaff hotel due to the envirnomental standards we adhere to. Now we are able to promote not only a healthy environment, but healthy bodies, too.
The festival currently includes over 60 workshops such as restorative yin, inversions, koshas, prental, breathwork, pilates, meditation, Indian dance, massage, kundalini, chakras, bellydance, rock climbing, ayurvedic yoga and more! There will be a Wellness Marketplace, body workers and on-site food.
The event is within walking distance from the Radisson Woodlands Hotel Flagstaff - for a car-free getaway to the cool mountain pines of Flagstaff, Arizona.
